It seems interesting that all people with the face towards the camera have such expressive features. Indeed, each of them could tell a "life story". :)

The picture is also very dynamic and full of life. You actually expect the people to move in the next fraction of a second. I also like the focus in the picture and the fact that you chose a sort of black-white profile. It lets the viewer focus on the people rather than on the unimportant details ...
